I’ve been working for CCMS for 6 months and I’m more than happy and proud of this company. Doctors and care coordinators treat their patients like family and care about keeping their chronic diseases under control, doing so in a human way. We have the healthiest working environment, we could not have found a better place to work.

Juan is very respectful, courteous, and enthusiastic about his work. He shows care towards his patients. He will be missed, but I suppose I'll adjust. It's always good to meet someone new.

The personalized, in-home care that reduces hospitalizations and readmission really helped a lot of people and companies in decrease workload of the medical staff and made it more easy for more patient assessment.
